Event Management & Production

A flagship project delivered entirely by Dancing Dandelion Events, from concept to execution. We managed venue sourcing, brand partnerships, marketing, operations, staffing and full event styling. The festival brought together 25 bars and 25 global drinks brands including Aperol, Malibu, Casamigos, Absolut Vodka, Guinness and Thornbridge. With over 700 guests, we created an immersive event experience including entertainment, food vendors and a full site plan. This annual event supports the independent hospitality scene while showcasing expert event management and large-scale production.
