Private Event Styling & Management

Dancing Dandelion Events delivered full event styling and management for a luxury at-home safari-themed baby shower. Transforming a private space for 50 guests, we managed everything from concept to delivery, including catering and staffing. The installation featured a full balloon wall, immersive safari styling and life-size animal props including a tiger and elephant to create standout photo opportunities. We also arranged a private chef and bar staff to ensure a seamless guest experience. The result was a fully managed, stress-free event with high-impact visuals and memorable moments throughout.
